Return Policy
Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Wood must be unused and in original packaging
- Damaged or defective products eligible for immediate replacement
Non-Returnable Items
- Wood that has been used or partially used
- Returns requested after 7 days from delivery
- Wood stored improperly after delivery (exposed to rain, etc.)
Refund Process
1. Contact Us
Email us at returns@lonestarpostoak.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Get Approved
We will review your request within 24 hours and provide return instructions or a resolution.
3. Receive Refund
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Received Damaged Items?
We pack our wood carefully, but sometimes damage happens during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Keep all original packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a free replacement shipment
Note: Please report damage within 48 hours to qualify for automatic replacement. Later claims may require additional verification.
